That's a healthy machine outside a project. Inside one, the project's own checks come first, and every check that only speaks up when something is wrong stays quiet. [Troubleshooting](/guides/troubleshooting#ask-doctor) lists every check and what it looks at.

## Flags

| Flag | Meaning |
|------|---------|
| `--domain` | The domain every context lives under, for the DNS check. |
| `--state-dir` | The directory holding the CA. |
| `--socket` | The control socket to reach the daemon on. |
